With over five decades of experience, the company designs, manufactures, and installs high-quality systems. The company has a long history in manufacturing and operations, and continually modernises and expands its product offering while upholding high standards of quality and innovation. They are now seeking to recruit a Logistics Officer with strong Technical Knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the company’s procurement activities, inventory, and overall supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials and equipment to support ongoing projects.

Manage and monitor procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services
Conduct market research, identify, select, and evaluate suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Review and analyze technical specifications in collaboration with technical departments
Organize and oversee logistics activities (receipts, storage, distribution, transportation)
Coordinate with warehouses, project sites, and external partners to ensure optimal material flow
Manage inventory levels and optimize procurement and transportation costs
Maintain procedures and records in line with the company’s quality and safety standards
· At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or logistics, preferably in a technical or industrial company
· Good knowledge of technical specifications of materials and equipment
· Experience in warehouse management, receipts and transportation
· Good knowledge of the English language
· Negotiation, organizational and coordination skills
Nice to have:
· Experience in construction or industrial production
· University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or related field
