Our client, one of the leading and most successful restaurant chain in Cyprus is seeking for Restaurant Manager in Limassol who will report to Operation al Manager.

The main purpose of this role is to manage all operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved. Will be responsible to maximize guest satisfaction, increase employee retention and develop the property by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the smooth running of the operation to deliver customers service experience

· Lead and motivate an extensive team

· Ensuring excellent standards of the food quality and customer service

· Maintaining a system to monitor the timely induction checklists/onboarding plans for all employees.

· Conduct Employee Appraisals and timely progress check ins for Assistant Managers

· Forecast and communicate the staffing requirements to F&B Manager

· Ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to

· Meeting Sales targets, KPIs and budgetary requirements to ensure profitability

· Managing costs and control stock levels

· Perform property maintenance checklists

· Preparing and presenting weekly/monthly accounts and reports

· Leading and developing the team to achieve highest possible standards

· Organising the work schedules and assigning each member of staff specific duties

· Invest in guest loyalty through customer service experience

· Ensuring HACCP and health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained

· Attending job specific training / deliver job specific trainings

REQUIREMENTS

Level of Experience

· Previous experience in the same position

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or relevant subject
