The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, controlling and planning all restaurant-related activities throughout the hotel, as well as providing direction, inspiration and guidance to team members. He/she will manage the restaurant service within the hotel, ensuring that customers are served promptly and courteously in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and the hygiene and safety regulations of the Hotel. In addition, the successful candidate will supervise and lead the department in order to meet the required standards and exceed all customer expectations.
