Retention Officer (Thailand)

DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking to hire a Retention Officer (Thailand) to join their highly successful and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be required to work from the firm’s premises in an office in Thailand.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

· Proactively engage with existing clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat

· Monitor and analyze client trading activities to identify potential issues and provide timely solutions

· Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience

· Provide clients with information on market trends, trading strategies, and new product offerings to enhance their trading experience

· Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand client needs and gather insights for continuous improvement

· Execute targeted retention campaigns and promotions to encourage trading activity and client loyalty

· Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations for improvement

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in a business-related or any other field

· At least 1-year previous experience as Retention Officer or a similar position

· Fluency in Thai and English

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Dynamic and innovative

· Self-motivated and target oriented

· Strong computer literacy
