We are looking for motivated and results-driven Customer Agent – VIP Management & Retention, fluent in Finnish, to help drive customer acquisition and retention. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international team in a rapidly growing industry.

You’ll be the main point of contact for high value players  solving their issues, anticipating their needs, and building long-term loyalty.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide top-quality support to VIP customers via Zendesk (chat, email, and tickets).
• Manage player relationships with a focus on retention, reactivation, and satisfaction.
• Handle escalations with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Payments, Compliance, CRM, Marketing) to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify player behavior patterns and suggest personalized offers or approaches.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in online gambling / iGaming industry.
• Zendesk specialist – excellent command of ticketing and automation systems.
• Fluent in English and Finnish (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours (8–10 hours per day), including one day on the weekend
