Sales Assistant (Technical division) in Limassol

DESCRIPTION

Our client, one of the leading furniture companies in Cyprus, seeking an exceptional individual to organize, control and coordinate their work in the Technical Department, with the aim of increasing the sales.

Benefits:

  • Working hrs: 6 days; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 to 1 & 3 to 7 in the afternoon / Wednesday 9 to 1 & Saturday 9.30 to 1.30
  • Net earnings €1,700 and there is also a sales bonus system (depending on qualifications and seniority)

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the sales of the department, based on the annual goals given to him by the Manager.

· To implement instructions given for the development of the company’s network with consultants, in order to increase and improve the cooperation with architects, decorators, etc.

· Responsible for the perfect service, study and presentation of all retail and wholesale customers interested in technical products in the schedules requested by the prospective customers, with the aim and goal of achieving the sales and customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for managing pending issues and complaints of all retail and wholesale customers, and resolving them, in collaboration with the Technical Director.

· Responsible for research and evaluation of companies, existing and not, related to his department and recommendations to the Manager, with the aim of continuous improvement of the department.

· Recommendation for the selection of models, finishes, regarding the installation of the technical products in the showroom, recommended at least once a year, renewal of the showroom products.

· Responsible for the order and proper presence of products, catalogs, samples.

· Responsible for the receipt and filing of Technical Product price lists, as well as for the maintenance of files in electronic format and in hard copy as well as for the maintenance of sufficient stock, in the showroom.

· To report any operational / personnel problems to the Manager.

· To inform and train new and existing staff – within the prescribed time frames – on all the procedures they need to know, as they arise from their duties and the corresponding program training of new staff.

REQUIREMENTS

· To be able to adequately use the company’s software (Kitchen Design / Auto Cad) and other software programs that may be needed, after having received the corresponding training.

· Communication skills.

· Organizational skills.
