about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage internal client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
  • Oversee the execution of event services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and agency standards.
  • Establish project timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively address any issues.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and reporting managers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and adding value to their business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of account management experience, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies.
