Senior Account Manager, Marketing in Limassol (Hybrid)


Our client, a dynamic Events Management company and leading Marketing Agency with unparalleled expertise in online trading, fintech, and financial services industries, is seeking a Senior Marketing Account Manager.

This role will be reporting to the COO of the Marketing Agency.  Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships and addressing client concerns, identifying opportunities for business growth, and the overall success of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 people (account executives).

about the role


1. Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining daily communication and managing relationships effectively.

2. Oversee Marketing Services: Ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing services, with a strong emphasis on PRs.

3. Project Management: Establish project timelines with clients and ensure projects are delivered within specified constraints.

4. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with content and design teams to ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.

5. Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying ways to add value to their business.

6. Reports: Prepare and present regular reports to clients and management, providing transparent updates on project status and milestones.

7. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues during project delivery, ensuring prompt resolution and client communication.

8. Identify Business Opportunities: Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients and communicate them to management for further action.

9. Team Management: Oversee the marketing account management team and conduct mid-year and annual performance evaluations for team members.

10. Project Oversight: Ensure project deliverables adhere to established timelines by overseeing the process.

11. PR Roadmap Development: Supervise the development of PR roadmaps prior to distribution to clients.

12. Review PR Reports: Review PR reports before dissemination to clients to ensure accuracy and quality.

13. Additional Media Identification: Identify additional media opportunities for clients’ PR packages when necessary, ensuring alignment with cost constraints.

14. Monthly Reporting: Prepare and send monthly reports summarizing the team’s achievements and identifying opportunities for growth to the Marketing Management team.

basic information:


· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency or a strong background as a PR manager in the fintech and online trading industry.

· Project Management: Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

· Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at building rapport and credibility with both clients and internal stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to address client challenges effectively.

· Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and motivating teams to achieve goals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with familiarity in marketing and advertising technologies such as CRM, marketing automation and social media platforms.

· Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

· Independence: Exhibit the capability to work independently on assigned duties, displaying self-motivation and autonomy in tasks.

· Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
