As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and fostering strategic partnerships within the fintech sector. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Affiliates, leveraging your industry expertise to drive business growth. You will have the flexibility to work from their office or remotely, depending on your experience and preference.

  1. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities in South Africa.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand our presence in these regions.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with IBs and Affiliates.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with potential IBs and Affiliates.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies and initiatives.
  4. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management and business development strategies.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide regular market feedback and insights to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
