about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and execute an innovative menu.
  • Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and communicate ordering needs.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Cyprus.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
