RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Provide information on company services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Back Office and other departments to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
