• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst or a similar role, preferably in the Finance/FX sector.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
• Project management capabilities, including requirements gathering and solution implementation.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and ability to choose the most appropriate visuals based on the purpose of the analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills along with a solid understanding of data modeling design principles (Star Schema, Semantic models) and DAX language.

• Knowledge of data lineage documentation and metadata management best practices.
• Curiosity to investigate causes and effects with a Team Play attitude.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Will be considered as a plus:

• Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications for client segmentation, anomaly detection, and predictive forecasting.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience in conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations relevant to financial services.
• Experience in establishing data standards and governance policies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and DataOps principles and best practices.
