about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct data analysis and code review to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to clearly understand and process requirements.
  • Develop web applications following best practices in web development.
  • Create efficient, optimized, and well-documented code for CRM functionality, financial transactions, blockchain (advantage), API integrations, and database structures.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to plan and implement new features or products using existing technology.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers, quality assurance team, UX/UI designers, and system analysts to design functional and cohesive code, enhancing the user experience.
  • Bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.
  • Integrate UI components with APIs and databases in collaboration with back-end developers.
  • Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.
  • Develop automated tests to ensure business requirements are met and facilitate regression testing.
  • Perform code quality testing before submission to the QA team.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools and libraries to improve user experience, performance, and developer productivity.
  • Support and train internal teams and team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of development experience.
  • Proficient in using code versioning tools like Git.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of web development concepts, programming techniques, and tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and address performance and optimization issues.
  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Knowledge of frontend JavaScript/Typescript frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular.
  • Familiarity with PHP is advantageous.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new programming languages or frameworks.
  • Growth mindset, actively seeking innovative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex procedures to colleagues.
  • Strong desire to explore and analyze data.
