Senior HR Officer in Larnaca

Join our client’s dynamic team, managing renowned, luxury Italian brands in Cyprus. This role
offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all HR functions in a high-paced retail environment.
  • Working hours: 0900-1800 (an hr of break), Monday – Friday
  • Salary: 1800 – 2200 EUR Gross (12 salaries)

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Recruitment:
○ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
○ Coordinate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
○ Communicate with recruitment agencies and job boards to post vacancies.
● Onboarding:
○ Prepare employment agreements and onboarding documentation.
○ Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company.
○ Manage and update employee records accurately.
● Employee Relations:
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
○ Facilitate internal communication between employees and management.
○ Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
● HR Administration:
○ Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
○ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
○ Maintain and manage HR databases and employee files.
● Performance Management:
○ Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
○ Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
○ Support employee development and training programs.
● Internal Communication:
○ Coordinate and communicate HR-related updates and information to all stakeholders.
○ Organize employee engagement activities and events.

REQUIREMENTS

● Educational Qualifications:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
○ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-paced HR role, preferably in the retail sector.
○ Proven experience managing various HR functions effectively.

● Skills:

○ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
○ Familiarity with HR software and databases.
○ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
