about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main liaison between the client and the agency.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
    • Understand the client’s business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of marketing projects.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (branding, design, PR, content) to ensure timely and effective project completion.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.
    • Ensure the effectiveness of all projects through regular review and optimization.
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the client to develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for improving the client’s marketing efforts.
  • Branding and Design:
    • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all client materials.
    • Oversee the creation and approval of design assets.
    • Work with designers to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
  • Content and PR Management:
    • Oversee the development of high-quality content for various channels (web, social media, print).
    • Manage PR efforts, including press releases and media relations. 
    • Ensure content aligns with the client’s brand and marketing goals.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide regular updates to the client on project status and results.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effectiveness and seamless execution of all projects.

REQUIREMENTS

This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities and a deep understanding of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing client relationships and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.

The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a key client, overseeing all marketing activities to ensure their branding, account management, design, PR and content needs are met. 

  • Must have extensive experience in the fintech industry.
  • Forex background is necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing. 
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing projects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, PR and content creation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
