• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Director, focusing on luxury market segments, key trade partners, and revenue growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts, to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Lead commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations, and coordinate payment processes with clients and partners, ensuring all agreements align with the brand’s financial objectives and luxury positioning.
• Represent our client at international trade exhibitions, luxury travel events, roadshows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, promotions, seasonal packages, and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and revenue optimisation across all properties.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering a highly personalised and seamless service experience.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, KPIs, and revenue projections to the Sales Director and senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and evolving guest preferences to proactively adapt and enhance sales strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, sharing expertise and fostering a high-performing, results-driven sales environment.
