• Oversee the daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed successfully within the required timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance to Site Engineers and Foremen.
• Develop and manage project planning and scheduling.
• Monitor and oversee construction and building activities on-site.
• Coordinate the procurement of necessary site materials and supervise deliveries.
• Manage multiple projects or jobs simultaneously.
• Monitor and control labour-related costs.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including site diaries, timesheets, quality assurance records, and relevant reports.
• Provide technical guidance on-site and identify and resolve construction-related issues.
• Ensure that all applicable health and safety procedures, policies, and legislation are properly implemented.
• Prepare and monitor materials schedules and project budgets.
