· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design bespoke sponsorship packages tailored to meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders.
· Create multi-tiered sponsorship opportunities offering a range of benefits and experiences to our valued sponsors, based on their investment levels.
· Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the evolving needs and expectations of sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring our offerings remain ahead of the curve.
· Pioneer new sponsorship concepts and initiatives, injecting fresh ideas into our packages to attract a wider array of partners.
· Utilize industry insights and competitor analysis to identify and secure strategic sponsors, optimizing the value proposition for both parties.
· Partner closely Finance team to manage costs and expenditures, ensuring profitability while maintaining alignment with our strategic objectives.
· Collaborate with the Head of Innovation to explore innovative features, activations, and spaces that can be monetized to enhance the value of our sponsorship offerings.
· Implement robust tracking and measurement mechanisms to evaluate the performance of sponsorships throughout the expos, ensuring optimal ROI for our partners.
· Prepare comprehensive reports on revenue, expenditures, and margins for each sponsorship, providing valuable insights for future strategy development.
· A proven track record in a similar role, with a strong analytical background and demonstrated expertise in company analysis.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
