As part of our client’s educational service team, you will work with customers in the Swedish market, providing exceptional support and assistance with their needs and concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information
  • Address customer issues with tact and diplomacy, working towards swift resolution
  • Maintain knowledge of our educational services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and changes to our offerings
  • Provide assistance to customers with using our online educational platform
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Document customer interactions and concerns in our CRM system
  • Identify and communicate any patterns or recurring issues to management for resolution

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Proven ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus
