We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruitment across various regions, including supporting the launch of new international IT Hubs. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent, managing the entire hiring process from start to finish, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with line managers to create and update job descriptions; ensure role consistency across offices.
  • Identify and attract local and international candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Advertise open positions and contribute to employer branding efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones while maintaining clear candidate communication.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee relationships with agencies and manage vendor contracts.
  • Conduct executive searches and headhunt senior-level talent.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support international IT hub growth.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in end-of-end recruitment, ideally in FX, IT, or Gaming industries.
  • Experience in hiring for Business Development, Marketing, and IT roles across multiple regions.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across regions.
