DESCRIPTION

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our client’s team as VIP Waiters within renowned international restaurant chains. As a VIP Waiter, you will have the opportunity to serve esteemed clientele and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Benefits:

  • Permanent Position
  • 6 days per week, starting at 1600pm – 0100am (On Sundays, either from 1100am to 2000pm or 1600pm – 0100am)
  • Salary: EUR1200 Gross + Avg Tips EUR800 per month = approx. 1900 EUR NET per month
  • No Accommodation will be provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables with poise and professionalism.
  • Presenting menus, providing recommendations, and taking accurate orders with attention to detail.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service.
  • Handling payments accurately and efficiently, processing transactions with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
  • Adhering to all restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to uphold the reputation of the establishment.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with VIP clientele.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings, is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the respective country of employment.
