If you’re the type of person who finds joy in bringing order to busy days — and loves caring for all the little details (and our little friends too — this role is for you. As the right hand of the CEO, you’ll manage schedules, handle communication, organize meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Fabrication Operator in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will have experience working with machinery or in a production environment, follow safety and quality standards closely, and be comfortable working as part of a team. ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION

Office Operations Associate in Limassol. We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable individual who enjoys keeping things in order and running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, be comfortable using office software, and have a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You should be detail-focused, adaptable, and able to handle day-to-day office operations with professionalism and positivity.

Costing Manager in Limassol. We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of proven experience, a strong background in construction procedures and project management, and excellent organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and fluency in Greek (native) and English are required. 

Computational Designer in Limassol. We’re looking for a technically-proficient and design-driven Computational Designer / Architect with at least 2 years’ experience in architectural practice, especially in computational design. The ideal candidate holds a professional degree in Architecture, is fluent in English, and has strong skills in Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit (including Rhino.Inside).

Junior Architect in Limassol. Our client is looking for a recent graduate in the field of Architecture who is eager to pursue their specialization and obtain ETEK recognition in Cyprus. No prior experience required—just a passion for growth and development in the industry.

Site Project Manager in Paphos. The successful candidate will be a Site Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience managing daily site operations, teams, and subcontractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings is essential. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Junior Site Engineer in Paphos. The ideal candidate is a Junior Site Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering, familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction drawings. No prior experience required—recent graduates are welcome. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a valid driver’s license are essential.

SHIPPING AND OIL & GAS

Supply Chain and Inventory Officer. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field (or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role). The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills and experience handling inventory systems. You should be fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

HOSPITALITY

Graphic Designer in Limassol. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, with proven experience and a strong portfolio of creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of branding are essential, along with excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail under tight deadlines.

FINANCIAL AND CORPORATE SERVICES

Compliance Officer in Limassol. The ideal candidate should hold a CySEC or AML Advanced Certificate, and it would be an advantage to have some experience with crypto.

Assistant Auditor in Limassol. The ideal candidate is someone that holds a degree in Accounting & Finance, bringing at least 2 years’ experience in auditing. They are well-versed in IFRS and ISA standards, Cyprus taxation, and indirect tax procedures (including VIES). Strong computer skills — especially with CaseWare, Intelisoft, Excel, and MS Office — are essential, as is fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written).

Valuation Senior Consultant in Nicosia. We’re looking for a Valuation Senior Consultant to join our Nicosia-based team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate is ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualified—or in the advanced stages of qualification—and has experience in a transaction advisory environment. Strong data analytics skills (via tools or programming languages), a keen eye for detail, and a positive, team-oriented mindset are key. Actuarial Manager in Nicosia. We are seeking for a candidate who has demonstrated strong experience in the non-life insurance sector, with expertise in actuarial models and financial strategy. Also, someone that is familiar with the London market or the UK general insurance industry and has strong data analysis skills and ability to apply actuarial tools to practical business challenges.

Junior or Senior Financial Due Diligence in Nicosia (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have an experience of 2-3 years in similar role as well as to be working towards an ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification or relevant University degree. In addition, to be an excellent communicator, both oral and written and have a proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to manage and analyze data effectively. 

Real Estate and Hospitality Senior in Nicosia (Hybrid). The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, with 3–6 years of relevant experience and a solid grasp of real estate and corporate finance. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, can perform under pressure, and communicate effectively in English. Additional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or RICS, ETEK registration, and a proactive, detail-oriented, team-focused attitude are highly desirable.

Senior Consultant in Nicosia (Hybrid). The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics, with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in both Greek and English. They demonstrate critical thinking, effective time management, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. An MBA from a top-tier university and 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a strategy department, along with strong business development acumen, are considered significant advantages.

Accounting Manager in Larnaca. We are seeking a seasoned accounting leader with at least 5 years of experience managing accounting for international clients. You should have deep knowledge of Cyprus tax, VAT, and social insurance laws, along with strong technical skills (CaseWare experience is a plus). The ideal candidate is fluent in both Greek and English, excels in team leadership and mentoring, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, commercial awareness, and integrity in all financial operations.

FINTECH

Head of Risk. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management and at least 5 years of experience in senior risk management positions within financial services, trading, or investment-related environments. In addition, proven expertise in market, liquidity, and operational risk management and strong knowledge of exposure management, leverage, and margin methodologies.

Senior Accountant in Limassol. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and be either qualified or semi-qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CPA. They must have at least 4 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years within the FinTech or financial services sector. 

iGaming

Data Protection Officer in Limassol.  The ideal candidate shall bring 2–5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, legal, or risk roles, with strong expertise in GDPR and international privacy laws such as CCPA and LGPD. 

Business Intelligence Tableau Analyst. We’re looking for a technically skilled, analytical individual who loves turning data into stories and insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Tableau, SQL, and data modeling, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. 

Legal Operations Specialist/Paralegal. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented legal professional who can balance operations and legal tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a paralegal or in legal operations, strong organizational and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

Corporate Legal Counsel in Limassol. We are seeking a polished, strategic legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance, and supporting transactions from start to finish. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, be able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and bring integrity, sound judgment, and commercial awareness to every decision.

Devops Engineer in Limassol. We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive technologist with solid experience in DevOps, infrastructure, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions), and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus. You should be comfortable managing cloud infrastructure, distributed storage systems (e.g. Ceph), and security tools like Cloudflare, while collaborating across development, operations, and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

Customer Support Representative in Limassol. Fluency in Greek or Portuguese, Finnish, Danish or Swedish (native level) and good command of English, both written and spoken, are essential for this role. Strong communication, active listening, and customer orientation skills are key, along with basic computer proficiency and the ability to perform under pressure. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required, as comprehensive in-house training is provided.
