Customer Success Specialist in Paphos or Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role preferably in the FinTech or related industry.

iGaming

HR Manager in Limassol.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In addition, strong knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and regulations. Previous proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management are necessary. 

Data Engineer in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field and proven experience (4-5 years) as a BI Developer/Data Engineer. In addition, a background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining and in-depth understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework and knowledge of Oracle RDBMs, Elasticsearch DB, SQL queries, MSQL Server. 

Full Stack Web Developer in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of web development experience and PHP as well as a strong knowledge of Laravel and 3+ years of working experience with vue. AI Chatbot Developer in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate with proven experience in developing AI chatbots or similar applications and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, LangChain, Dialogflow, Rasa). In addition, working experience with SQL databases.

KYC and Compliance Specialist in Limassol.  The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field and minimum of 2 Years of experience in compliance, underwriting, KYC, or a similar regulatory function, preferably within the fintech industry. Additionally, strong knowledge of AML and other financial regulations and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as gaming regulations, FATCA, OFAC. 

Junior Compliance Administrator in Limassol.  A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, accounting, or finance)/ or equivalent in work experience will be considered an advantage but is not a strict requirement.

CRM Manager (Remote or Hybrid).We are seeking for an individual that must have proven experience (3+ years) in a CRM Manager or similar role within the online gaming/iGaming industry and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Graphic Designer in Limassol. We are seeking for an individual with proven experience as a Graphic Designer with the iGaming industry and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating design elements from scratch and 3D work. Also, someone being proficient in designing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

Assistant Production Manager in Famagusta. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the dairy production and must possess strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. In addition she/he must have excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. In-depth understanding of dairy production processes, food safety standards, and quality control systems.

CONSTRUCTION & ARCHITECTURE

Senior Architect in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate that must have an architectural Degree from a recognized institution and 4+ years of professional experience working in Cyprus developing Design Variations, Architectural Packages, Visualizations and Technical Packages for various Architectural Projects. In addition he/she must have  4 years of professional site supervision and the candidate shall be able to run independently construction projects.

Foreman in Paphos. The ideal candidate must have previous experience for at least 8 years in construction supervision or a similar role. A diploma in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is preferred.

IT

Senior Systems Administrator in Nicosia. We are seeking for a University/College graduate in a Computer Engineering and at least 8 years experience in a similar position and specifically in: Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions architectures to accommodate the customers’ requirements and Setup, deployment and administration of MS Windows Server. 

SHIPPING

Payroll Officer in Limassol. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role. In addition, strong understanding of payroll systems, calculations, and statutory requirements.

RETAIL

Sales Advisor in Nicosia. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in exceptional customer service from the retail sector and must be a natural seller. She/He must be able to adhere to quality customer service standards and always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).

Sales Advisor in Limassol. Have at least 1 year of proven experience in Retail are a natural seller, always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).

HOSPITALITY

Assistant Sales Manager in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate that must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred and 1-3 years’ experience in sales, Leisure and MICE background. A previous managerial or assistant manager position is a plus but not a must. 

Digital Marketing Specialist in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and at least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing. In addition, she/he must be proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools and must have familiarity with SEO and SEM techniques and tools.

Graphic Designer in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field and a proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva and knowledge of video editing tools will be considered a plus. 

MARKETING & EVENTS

Project Coordinator in Limassol (Hybrid). We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field and someone who’s fluent in Ukrainian, with strong speaking and comprehension skills. The candidate must be based in Cyprus. In addition, the candidate must have a proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a tech or software development environment and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com).

Onboarding Customer Success Executive in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management or a similar field and a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred).  In addition she/he must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Performance Analyst in Limassol.  We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Financial Management or any relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Previous online casino affiliate marketing industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Head of PPC in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and experience with leading, mentoring and hiring PPC teams. In addition she/she must be proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising and an understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns and drive ROI.

PPC Manager in Limassol.  The ideal candidate must have solid previous experience in google ads (iGaming experience is not required), ⁠⁠relevant experience in team leading / hiring and mentoring and must be proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising. In addition, strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools and excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.
