Customer Success

Payments Client Success Manager in Paphos or Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In addition, a proven track record in a customer-facing role, ideally within the FinTech or technology sector, demonstrating an ability to develop relationships, understand customer needs, and drive value.

Customer Success Specialist in Paphos or Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role preferably in the FinTech or related industry.

iGaming

Graphic Designer in Limassol. We are seeking for an individual with proven experience as a Graphic Designer with the iGaming industry and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating design elements from scratch and 3D work. Also, someone being proficient in designing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

SHIPPING

Payroll Officer in Limassol. To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role. In addition, strong understanding of payroll systems, calculations, and statutory requirements.

Accountant in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of working experience as an accountant in a ship management/ship owner company and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Auditor in Larnaca. A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry pursuing a Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or newly qualified auditors. Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)

RETAIL

Store Manager in Limassol. The ideal candidate for this role is to have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion and a strong leadership skills with experience managing a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. In addition, exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with luxury clientele.

Assistant Store Manager in Limassol.  The ideal candidate must have at least 1,5 years of documented experience as a store manager, preferably in premium retail and have experience coaching and developing teams. 

Senior HR Officer. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-paced HR role, preferably in the retail sector and proven experience managing various HR functions effectively.

Sales Advisor in Nicosia. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in exceptional customer service from the retail sector and must be a natural seller. She/He must be able to adhere to quality customer service standards and always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).

Sales Advisor in Limassol. Have at least 1 year of proven experience in Retail are a natural seller, always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).
In addition, he/she must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability to build a relationship

HOSPITALITY

Executive Sous Chef in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Culinary arts and at least 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity position from restaurant chains or from luxury hotel brands. In addition must have excellent knowledge of the English language and must be able to lead a team of people effectively. 

Assistant Sales Manager in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate that must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred and 1-3 years’ experience in sales, Leisure and MICE background. A previous managerial or assistant manager position is a plus but not a must. 

MARKETING & EVENTS

Content Writer in Limassol (Hybrid). We are searching for an high talented individual with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field and a proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role from a fintech or a  forex company. 

Onboarding Customer Success Executive in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management or a similar field and a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred).  In addition she/he must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Media Account Executive, Marketing in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate for the Media Account Executive (Marketing) position in Limassol should have experience in media buying, planning, and campaign management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. They should be skilled in client communication, project management, and data analysis, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with a proactive, results-driven attitude, is essential.

Finance and Accounting Coordinator in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting and proficiency in MS Excel. In addition, strong communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with banks and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Senior Marketing Manager in Limassol (Hybrid).  We are seeking for a candidate with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies, brand development, and digital marketing initiatives. They must possess strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. The ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage cross-functional teams is essential, along with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.

IT Manager in Limassol.  The ideal candidate will drive the IT function of our client, an online marketing agency. He/she must have previous experience in using Jira and Asana for project management. and proficiency in PHP development. In addition she/she must have proven experience in setting up, maintaining, securing, and networking hosting servers and strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

PPC Manager in Limassol.  The ideal candidate must have solid previous experience in google ads (iGaming experience is not required), ⁠⁠relevant experience in team leading / hiring and mentoring and must be proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising. In addition, strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools and excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.

Monetization Specialist in Limassol. The ideal candidate must be able to develop and implement effective monetization strategies with a strong project management and organizational skills. Previous experience with A/B testing and performance optimization is necessary and experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis. 

Marketing Coordinator in Limassol. We are seeking for five passionate candidates in marketing and setting up PPC campaigns. Previous 2 years of experience in the same field will be considered an advantage.

ENGINEERING
