HR and Administration Officer in Nicosia.  The ideal candidate should possess extensive HR expertise and strong office administration skills, with the ability to independently manage and oversee the entire HR function. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in taking ownership and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Customer Success

Payments Client Success Manager in Paphos or Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In addition, a proven track record in a customer-facing role, ideally within the FinTech or technology sector, demonstrating an ability to develop relationships, understand customer needs, and drive value.

Customer Success Specialist in Paphos.  The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role preferably in the FinTech or related industry.

iGaming

Head of Marketing (Remote).  The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the gaming, betting, fintech industry or a related field and a strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics. 

Data Engineer in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field and proven experience (4-5 years) as a BI Developer/Data Engineer. In addition, a background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining and in-depth understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework and knowledge of Oracle RDBMs, Elasticsearch DB, SQL queries, MSQL Server. 

Full Stack Web Developer in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of web development experience and PHP as well as a strong knowledge of Laravel and 3+ years of working experience with vue. In addition, working experience with high loaded SQL (postgres) or NO SQL databases and working experience of implementing the REST

AI Chatbot Developer in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate with proven experience in developing AI chatbots or similar applications and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, LangChain, Dialogflow, Rasa). In addition, working experience with SQL databases.

LEGAL

Corporate Administrator in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have an Excellent knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) in both Greek and English and strong organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities. In addition she/he must have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. In addition prior experience in a similar role, particularly within a law firm or corporate services environment, is a strong advantage.

AUDIT & ACCOUNTING

Accountant in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or LCCI Higher Certificate in Accounting combined with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Accountant in a similar sector. Partially qualified ACCA or ACA will be considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory. Finally, it is also important that the candidate builds and maintains effective communication with clients, providing timely support to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.

PRODUCTION

Assistant Production Manager in Famagusta. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the dairy production and must possess strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. In addition she/he must have excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. In-depth understanding of dairy production processes, food safety standards, and quality control systems.

CONSTRUCTION & ARCHITECTURE

Foreman in Paphos. The ideal candidate must have previous experience for at least 8 years in construction supervision or a similar role. A diploma in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is preferred.

Junior Architect in Limassol.Our client is looking for a recent graduate in the field of Architecture who is eager to pursue their specialization and obtain ETEK recognition in Cyprus. No prior experience required—just a passion for growth and development in the industry.

SHIPPING

Accounts Payable and Administration Manager in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate shall have at least 7 years in accounts payable, payroll, and administration, preferably in ship management or maritime sectors. Previous team management experience will be considered as a strong advantage. In addition a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Legal Advisor in Limassol (Hybrid). We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Law; specialization in Employment Law or Maritime Law is an advantage and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably within the maritime or hospitality industries. In addition the ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations across multiple European countries (France, Portugal, Switzerland, Cyprus).

RETAIL

Sales Advisor in Nicosia. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in exceptional customer service from the retail sector and must be a natural seller. She/He must be able to adhere to quality customer service standards and always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).

Sales Advisor in Limassol. Have at least 1 year of proven experience in Retail are a natural seller, always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs).
In addition, he/she must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability to build a relationship

HOSPITALITY

Graphic Designer and Marketing Support in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field along with 3–4 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia within a marketing team (internships or freelance work may also be considered). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is essential, and familiarity with tools like Figma or similar is a plus. 

Assistant Sales Manager in Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate that must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred and 1-3 years’ experience in sales, Leisure and MICE background. A previous managerial or assistant manager position is a plus but not a must. 

Digital Marketing Specialist in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and at least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing. In addition, she/he must be proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools and must have familiarity with SEO and SEM techniques and tools.

Graphic Designer in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field and a proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva and knowledge of video editing tools will be considered a plus. 

Front Office Duty Manager in Limassol. We are seeking for an experienced professional in front office that needs to have a Bachelor’s or associate degree in hospitality management or business administration and more preferably someone that is already based in Cyprus. 

Restaurant Manager in Limassol. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire the team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. They will be responsible for maintaining and upholding the company’s standards, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a positive work environment.

MARKETING & EVENTS

Front-End Developer in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications in front-end development are a plus and from 2–5 years of experience as a Front-End Developer with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js.

Social Media Manager, Events in Limassol (Hybrid). We are seeking for a professional who will oversee the entire social media management of our client’s events products, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate must possess a strategic thinking, a strong story telling content creation and must be familiar with: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked in and Tik Tok, Google ads). 

Account Manager, Marketing in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency. In addition, a proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.

Project Coordinator in Limassol (Hybrid). We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field and someone who’s fluent in Ukrainian, with strong speaking and comprehension skills. The candidate must be based in Cyprus. In addition, the candidate must have a proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a tech or software development environment and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com).

Performance Analyst in Limassol.  We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Financial Management or any relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Previous online casino affiliate marketing industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
