Sales and Business Development

Head of Sales. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of sales experience from the fintech sector with at least 3 years in managerial/leadership role. Some of the main responsibilities include to provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team, foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment and identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.

Business Development Specialist in Paphos or Limassol. The ideal candidate shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and a Proven experience in business development, preferably within the fintech or payments industry. Strong technical acumen with an understanding of payment technologies and platforms. The salary for this role is up to 6KEUR per month + commissions. 

Senior Business Development Manager, LATAM. We are seeking for an individual that will have a proven experience in business development within the fintech industry, with a focus on IBs and Affiliates and a strong understanding of the financial markets and trading industry.

Customer Success

Customer Success Manager in Paphos  or Limassol. We are seeking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In addition, a proven track record in a customer-facing role, ideally within the FinTech or technology sector, demonstrating an ability to develop relationships, understand customer needs, and drive value.

Customer Success Specialist in Paphos or Limassol. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role preferably in the FinTech or related industry.

Finance 

Accounting Assistant in Limassol. We are seeking for an Accounting Assistant with a University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a similar field or an LCCI Higher certification and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

RETAIL

Store Manager in Nicosia. The ideal candidate for this role is to have a minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion and a strong leadership skills with experience managing a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. In addition, exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with luxury clientele.

EVENTS/MARKETING

Expo Growth Strategist in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have 5-6 years of experience in the trading industry and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. In addition, we need an talented person with an in-depth knowledge of the online trading industry, including market trends, key players and advancements. 

Content Writer in Limassol (Hybrid). We are searching for an high talented individual with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field and a proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role from a fintech or a  forex company. 

Onboarding Customer Success Executive in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management or a similar field and a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred).  In addition she/he must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Media Account Executive, Marketing in Limassol (Hybrid). The ideal candidate for the Media Account Executive (Marketing) position in Limassol should have experience in media buying, planning, and campaign management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. They should be skilled in client communication, project management, and data analysis, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with a proactive, results-driven attitude, is essential.

Senior Marketing Manager in Limassol (Hybrid).  We are seeking for a candidate with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies, brand development, and digital marketing initiatives. They must possess strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. The ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage cross-functional teams is essential, along with proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.

IT Manager in Limassol.  The ideal candidate will drive the IT function of our client, an online marketing agency. He/she must have previous experience in using Jira and Asana for project management. and proficiency in PHP development. In addition she/she must have proven experience in setting up, maintaining, securing, and networking hosting servers and strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

Email Marketing Specialist in Limassol.  The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and must hold a proven track record as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably within the financial sector. In addition, we need someone with a proficiency in leveraging email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Campaign Monitor) and marketing automation tools.

SEM Specialist / PPC Manager in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have previous 2-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and must be proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising. In addition, he/she must have a strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools and excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.

Monetization Specialist in Limassol. The ideal candidate must be able to develop and implement effective monetization strategies with a strong project management and organizational skills. Previous experience with A/B testing and performance optimization is necessary and experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.

CONSTRUCTION

Projects Coordinator in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years in a similar role within the construction sector (e.g., Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor). Also, a BSc in Civil Engineering or related field and membership to the Cyprus Scientific & Mechanical Chamber Members (ETEK).

ENGINEERING
