Job Description

On behalf of our clients a well-known firm, who are currently expanding we are eager to recruit skilled Corporate Administrators

Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in paralegal type of work
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience,
  • Knowledge in opening of bank accounts,
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and KYC procedure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages. Knowledge of the Russian language would be considered as an advantage.

Job Description

  • Trustworthy, reliable, a quick learner and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Comply with KYC procedures
  • Provide assistance on the resolutions for the issuance of POA
  • Responsible for bank accounts opening, changing signatories and applications for visa cards
  • Prepare letters to the ROC
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and any other governmental authority
  • Provide assistance for the incorporation of companies
  • Manage the correspondence between the office and clients, associates or other authorities
  • Update records in company’s computer systems and databases;
  • Review the company’s files and organise all necessary documents
