The Customer Support Officer is mainly assisting customers with any technical issues they might face.
Job Requirements
- Passion for working with technology and finding out what the latest web trends are
- Great understanding of customer care
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong problem-solving skills
- If you have experience in Web Development, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript,Web Application or SQL Programming is considered to be a plus
- Flexibility in working in shifts (if needed)
- Having worked for a Forex broker before is also a plus
