Job Description


On behalf of our client a renown real estate and constrictions company we are looking for an office administrator that will be ambitious to grow and advance within the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day processes of the smooth office operation
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Communication with clients and associates
  • Maintaining office to standards
  • Accompanying the director to meetings and construction sites
  • Organising the calendars


Job Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Russian would be an advantage)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and high level of responsibility
  • Good computer skills
  • No visa/work permit problems (EU citizens only).
