Job Description
On behalf of our client, a leading Investment Service provider, is seeking to recruit an Safe Keeping & Funding Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
The role of the Safe Keeping and Funding Administrator is involved in the day-to-day operation of company transactions and handle them ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in compliance with the procedures
Responsibilities & tasks
Daily:
· Check of Transactions/Deposits/Refunds of previous day
· Preparation of PSP’s Balances to be included in the Daily Balances Reports
· Preparation of PSP’s Charges for Daily Balances Reports
· Platforms (CRM & MT4) Update of any missing transaction that was not reflected on the platforms.
· End of the Day Checking Refunds/Reports/Withdrawal and pending requests
· Review PSP Emails/Notifications and check for any necessary action.
· Weekly Reconciliation of Big Invest Balance (Our Records Vs Big invest file)
· Deposit Cancellation/ Refund Process further to Compliance Instructions
· Preparation of Pending Withdrawal Requests Reports
· Processing of Client Withdrawal Requests – Refunds
· Preparing the movements for Bank Balances Reports
· Report Preparation of Pending Withdrawal Requests
· Processing of Client Withdrawal Requests – REFUNDS
· Bank Balances Report Preparation
· Daily Update of Deposits
· Equity Transfers (External Transfers) and Internal Transfers
Monthly:
· Preparation of Pending Withdrawal Requests monthly
· Posting of PSP’s charges on SAP
· Posting of PSP’s movement on SAP & Monthly FX Calculation and Posting on SAP
· Posting of PSP’s charges among companies on SAP
· Posting of PSP’s movement among companies on SAP & Monthly FX Calculation
Requirements
· University/College degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Maths or another related field
· Experience with a similar position in a Forex/Financial Services Organisation, will be considered an advantage
· Computer literate and excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
· Excellent Communication Skills in both Greek & English (Written & Spoken)
· A minimum of 1/2+ years of relevant experience as a Funding Administrator
· Strong Analytical Skills
· Organized, Diligent, and able to pay attention to Detail
· Ability to work under Pressure and tight Deadlines
· Team Player Individual with Strong Work Ethics
