Job Description

On behalf of one of our clients specializing in Web Design and Software Development we are seeking to recruit a QA & Customer Service Officer to join their team in Nicosia.

Job Requirements

  • Preference for an IT or Computer Science degree or a degree in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to write and execute test scenarios and user cases
  • Ability to write and execute test scripts will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to write bug reports and present findings to software development teams and other team members
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ability to perform accurately, effectively and methodically under tight deadlines
  • Competent technical / programming skills is a plus
  • A passion for working with technology
  • Ability to communicate effectively, answer customer inquiries and direct customers to online resources
  • Be able to maintain and update customer records
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience and customer care
