Our client, a reference point for all those traders who require a more effective, direct and a customer-oriented trading environment is seeking a Sales Agent (Swedish Speaking) to work from their offices in Limassol.

· Responsible for acting as a liaison between the Clients and the Company.
· Responding to Clients queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
· Identifying Clients needs and helping customers use specific features.
· Establish positive business and customer relationships.
· Coordinate sales effort with team members.
· Continuously improve through feedback.
· Relocation in Cyprus
·Minimum 1 year of experience in the forex industry as a sales representative agent;
· Fluency in Swedish (both written and oral) to a native or near native level;
· Good level of English will be considered as an advantage;
· Good knowledge of MS Office;
· Familiarity with CRM practices;
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
· Strong motivation and desire for growth;
· Team working skills;
· Excellent communication skills.
