about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constant communication with all services providers of the Company in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance, and supply them with all necessary information.
  • Monitor and ensure timely reporting to various jurisdictions in collaboration with various departments of the Company and/or the group.
  • Ensure that all corporate matters relating to the Company are up to date and collaborate with the various departments of the Company.
  • Prepare/amend company/s legal documents (clients’ agreements, affiliate agreements and other).
  • Ensure all legal documents are in place before hand and updated when needed.
  • Ensure that all agreements and/or other legal documentation, including employment contracts and/or affiliate agreements, are up to date.
  • Maintain records of the various legal documentation of the Company.
  • Dealing with various legal matters, including labour matters which may arise from time to time.
  • Providing ongoing support to the Legal Department.

basic information:

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc Degree holder in Law
  • Very good knowledge of corporate legislation and minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven contract drafting in Corporate/Commercial matters
  • Fluency in English & Greek is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced drafting skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and confident
  • GDPR and/or other personal data law shall be considered as an advantage.
