about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to staff and address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for career advancement and provide support for staff development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
