  • Permanent (Starting day: 19/02 and 26/02)
  • 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday (8:30-17:00 or 9:00-17:30 with 0,5 hr break)

 

about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain and optimize the accuracy of food and beverage inventory levels across all outlets.

· Implement stringent F&B control processes, ensuring compliance with standard recipes and portion control.

· Conduct regular stock counts, ensuring adherence to established procedures and accuracy in reporting.

· Manage and verify the costing of food and beverage items in the system, maintaining up-to-date and precise recipe costing.

· Develop and present comprehensive F&B reports, highlighting cost alignment with the company’s financial objectives.

· Oversee all company assets, including Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E), capital expenditures (CapEx), and other tangible assets.

· Collaborate with culinary and management teams to enhance inventory control and cost-saving strategies.

· Investigate discrepancies in F&B stock levels or costs and implement corrective actions.

· Provide insights into market trends impacting food and beverage supply and costs.

· Ensure all stock-related activities comply with relevant health, safety, and legal standards.

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in F&B control and stock management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector.

· In-depth understanding of inventory management systems and F&B control procedures.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
