Front Desk Agent in Limassol


Our client, an award winning luxury 5* resort, is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional Front Office Agent.

The Front Desk Agent serves as the Brand and Resort Ambassador during every interaction with the guests. The Front Desk Agent role is amongst the most critical roles within the Resort as s/he provides the first and last impression for the guest and highly impacts the overall guest experience. The attitude, behavior, communication, technical and multi taskings skills are of vital importance to meet and exceed the department’s expectations. 


  • Seasonal (April-October)

about the role


  • Support hotel management in exceeding brand targets through exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage proactively with guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Ensure prompt response to guest requests, emails, and complaints within brand guidelines.
  • Handle financial transactions related to guest stays.
  • Provide personalized experiences and uphold the resort’s positive image.
  • Enroll guests in loyalty schemes and facilitate mobile check-ins.
  • Foster rapport and loyalty, supporting the resort’s reputation and social media ratings.
  • Address guest complaints with professionalism and care, aiming for positive resolutions.
  • Act as a destination authority, guiding guests to explore local attractions authentically.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and security.

basic information:


  • High school graduate or equivalent (Degree in hotel management is a plus). 
  • 2 years of Front Desk experience or similar role in 5* international brand name hotels. 
  • Proficiency in English (Greek & Russian, or other language is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • An outgoing personality. 
  • Team player.
