  • Lead the content team, overseeing content creation, curation, and strategy for all channels including our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create synergistic content initiatives
  • Manage content schedules, editorial calendars, and content workflows
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform content strategy
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights on content best practices and innovations within the industry
  • Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on content ROI
  • Mentor and develop the content team, setting performance goals and guiding career progression

basic information:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior content management role, in the financial services industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing content teams
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of content marketing strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets
  • Proficient in using content management systems and analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
