about the role

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Posting and Advertising: Create job postings that accurately describe the job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications and advertise them on various platforms such as social media, and the company’s careers page.

Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.

Screening Resumes and Applications: Review resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Assess candidates based on their skills, experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.

Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and the company culture. These might be phone interviews, video interviews, or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates.

Coordinating Interviews: Schedule interviews with the candidates and ensure that all parties are well-prepared and informed about the interview process.

Managing Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide updates, feedback, and guidance to candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.

Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make improvements as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
