Japanese Business Development Manager (Worldwide)


Our client is seeking to recruit a Japanese Business Development Manager experienced in the forex industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Japan, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the forex market, excellent communication skills, and a strong network within the industry.

  1. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese forex market.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
    • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to enhance client understanding of our products and services.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting company products and services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and product developments.
    • Provide training and support to clients on the use of trading platforms and other related products.
  5. Marketing Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Provide input on localized marketing materials and strategies to appeal to the Japanese market.
  6. Networking:
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build and strengthen industry relationships.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner and contribute to a positive industry image.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and business development activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the forex industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese forex market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and financial products.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
